James P Merrett writes fiction at the meeting point of history, science and possibility. He is drawn to stories in which extraordinary discoveries put ordinary human loyalties to the test.
He lives in Australia with his wife. His first novel, The Wardenclyffe Signal, is being prepared for publication.

We use these to send the book updates you request, manage subscriptions, respond to enquiries and maintain security. Subscribing is optional; without an email address we cannot send updates.
We use MailerLite’s built-in analytics to measure page views, unique visitors and newsletter signups, so we can understand how this page performs. These analytics may involve cookies or similar technologies. We have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta advertising pixels or click heatmaps. Service providers may still process technical information for delivery and security, including IP addresses and browser details. Email opens and link clicks may be recorded depending on campaign settings.

Unsubscribing and retention
Every reader update includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops updates but does not necessarily erase all records.
